The Francophonie Festival in Washington, DC, is not only a wonderful opportunity to present people with the cultural diversity of the Francophone world, it is also a delightful excuse for DC’s representatives in French-speaking Embassies, governments and institutions to meet all year long and to share the pleasure of working together on a common project.
